Video Tip
If your video production booth does not have a direct view of the auditorium, set up an inexpensive camera and monitor as an "over view" shot. This gives the director/switcher a birds eye view of what is going on, not just what he is seeing from the cameras. You will miss fewer shots when you can see where the cameras cant.
